    cozy atmosphere
    warm hospitality
    steep stairs
    limited breakfast options
    lack of coffee variety

The Family Room was an inviting space with feminine floral decorations and a cozy atmosphere. The warmth from the heater made curling up on the comfy couch delightful, and I enjoyed relaxing with a book by the sunny windows. The hospitality from the owners was heartwarming, though the stairs leading to the room felt slightly steep, which could be challenging for some. Additionally, a better selection of breakfast options would enhance the experience. The fish dishes served were exceptional and truly memorable.

    Unexpected view of grazing fawns

We had a delightful stay in a cozy room with amazing Danish-inspired decor. The private balcony made our mornings magical, watching fawns graze right outside our window.

Only downside was the narrow stairs leading to our unit, which might pose a challenge for some guests. However, we managed it just fine.

    unnecessary locking system

    Perfect getaway with a view

We had an awesome time just chilling on the balcony, watching deer stroll by. The place was super clean, and it’s so nice being a short walk to everything. Only thing was the locking system felt a bit unnecessary. Also, loved the breakfast options, really hit the spot after a long day!

This is a top selection for a holiday in Ferndale with a good price-quality ratio. The private balcony was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the trees. Make sure to explore the nearby charming shops and eateries for a great time.

    steep stairs

The ambiance was delightful, blending unique Danish decor with stunning countryside views. The staff went above and beyond, being incredibly helpful with local dining suggestions. Though the stairs to our unit were a bit steep, the cozy living space made it worthwhile.

The stairs leading to the room could be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Our family loved the charming vibe of this inn. The spacious family room was perfect for us and our two dogs. We enjoyed cozy mornings, and the short walk to shops and bakeries made everything so accessible!

My wife says that a small play area for kids would be great.

    cozy decor
    beautiful view
    traffic noise
    non-functional fireplace
    limited dining options

The Family Room was delightfully cozy, adorned with charming floral decor that made it feel like a welcoming retreat. The built-in window seat offered a unique spot for relaxation, especially with the beautiful view of the surroundings. The location was perfect, just minutes from shops and restaurants, although a bit noisy from traffic during peak times. The heating worked well, but the absence of a functioning fireplace was a small letdown during the cooler evenings.
